Escharotic Therapy: What Is It, and Could It Be Right for You?

Many women, and most conventional providers, are not aware that an abnormal Pap Smear doesn't need to be treated with invasive surgery to remove the top of the cervix or invasive surgery to remove the uterus. The safest treatment by far is nutritional support along with topical therapy.

How It Works

The type of topical therapy depends on the degree of abnormality on the pap smear. If the pap is moderate to severely abnormal (HSIL on pap, CIN II or CIN III on colposcopic biopsy), we use a caustic therapy that destroys the abnormal cells while supporting the formation of normal cells and the suppression of the HPV virus.

Debora's Story

Our new office manager, Debora Burk, experienced this firsthand. Here is her testimony:

Escharotic Treatment on my cervix saved me!!

I was 44 years old when I went in for a routine pap and it came back abnormal.

I was told that I had high-risk HPV and cervical dysplasia.

The OBGYN recommended a LEEP procedure (basically removing and burning a large part of my cervix).

I told her that I wasn’t comfortable with that.

She said if I didn’t get this done soon I would likely have cervical cancer within a few months.

I went to another OBGYN for a second opinion, and she told me that I should just have a hysterectomy; claiming that the LEEP would not resolve the issue and may need to be repeated annually.

I asked about the side effects and was told there were none!

I knew that wasn’t true – bladder dropping, being thrown into menopause, loss of much needed hormones!

I was looking for a more natural approach and found escharotic treatments in my area. It was amazing hearing from a doctor that she had been doing this for decades, could treat it naturally and I would get to keep all my parts!

My body was in turmoil because of all the unbalanced hormones and inflammation; I didn’t realize that it was all connected to me experiencing hot flashes, urinary incontinence, and weight gain. Healing my cervix began with healing my whole body.

Since being treated with the escharotic treatments, some supplements, and diet changes, not only has my HPV and cervical dysplasia healed, but I also no longer have hot flashes, no more incontinence, and I’ve started losing weight for the first time in years!

I feel amazing! I’m so grateful I found a natural treatment!
