New patient consultation includes a comprehensive functional medicine evaluation, a thorough medical history and timeline review, a review of all intake documents and medical history forms, including any recent labs from other providers, a nutritional physical exam, and formulation of an initial therapeutic plan. This visit also includes recommendations for functional labs to help guide your treatment. Routine labs may be billed to your insurance, while specialty labs are usually out of pocket.

This consultation includes review of medical history, especially as it pertains to hormones, and an initial nutritional exam. We can review any recent labs that are uploaded prior to your initial consultation and make recommendations about any additional functional labs that would be helpful.
